To nurture a team of more than 90 headstrong and passionate individuals takes a dedicated and skilled management team. At LFP Training, the rapid growth of the company is based on a solid foundation to ensure stability and success.

Many hours of hard work and many years of experience comes into play to craft the perfect LFP team. We recently spoke to some of the key managers at LFP Training to find out more about their roles and how they work to ensure that Leadership, Focus, Passion and Integrity remains at the forefront of this industry leading company.

Louis Pulzone, Group CEO of LFP Training: I believe that success is determined by leadership that leads to change. The great Nelson Mandela once said: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”.  LFP Training was born out of exactly this and started from the ground up. Much like Nelson Mandela, I have always believed that a life should be without limits.  We have seen the tragedies associated with inequality and poverty, and out of this our passion and our purpose was born.

 

We started out as a team of three people and today we are 90-plus members strong. We outgrew our premises in Randburg in one year, which now operates solely as a campus with 1500 learners trained weekly. We recently opened a new head office and our second campus is operational as of Mid-April.

 

No matter how big we grow, we always stay true to our four pillars of leadership, focus, passion and integrity – this is what keeps us hungry, successful and humble.

 

Nthabiseng Phoshoko, ​Operations Manager: I have been with LFP Training for more than three years and started off as a facilitator.

For as long as I can remember, I have had two passions in life: education and mentorship. LFP Training has allowed me to turn my passions into my career. I get to nurture and meet new people each day, and in a country where poverty reigns, I am happy that my job and our company makes a difference in people’s lives. As Kofi Annan once said: “Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family”.

Our team is cognisant of the fact that we are dealing with people’s lives and we do our best to ensure that each learner feels valued and at home. We encounter many different people and we have the ability to change lives.

Francois Pulzone, Head of Sales: I believe what we offer is truly meaningful and I know that our clients feel the same way.
